Are the classes any different from the other classes you offer?

They’re exactly the same as our other classes, only they’re offered at non-peak hours.

Can I sign-up online?

There’s no online sign-up, so we recommend arriving 15 minutes early as classes definitely fill up.

Can I use my credit card?

No, these classes are cash only.

What should I bring?

For regular classes, just a mat should be fine. For hot classes, also bring a towel and water. We offer mat and towel rentals for $2 a piece.

I’m a member; can I still come?

Of course! Community classes are included in your membership.

Why do you offer community classes?

We believe that yoga should be available to everyone, and community classes are a great way to meet fellow yogis in your area. They’re also a great way to try yoga without a huge commitment.
