Kim Manfredi is the Director of our Yoga Teacher Trainings and Continuing Education Programs at Charm City Yoga. She leads both the 200 hour and 500 hour teacher trainings, and she works with specialized teachers to develop the Continuing Education Programs. Our school is recognized by Yoga Alliance to teach both the 200 hour and 500 hour programs.

About Kim Manfredi
Kim Manfredi, EYRT, is an experienced and popular trainer of teachers. She has taught more than seven 200 hour and 500 hour training programs since we opened our studios in 2001. She began studying yoga and meditation in 1988 to facilitate healing from an injury resulting in four broken vertebrae. Her healing was so miraculous she became a teacher to share the practice with others.
Kim has studied with many teachers and traditions, which include Patabhi Jois founder of the Astanga Institute in Mysore, India; Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Spiritual Leader of the Himalayan Institute; and in the United States: Shiva Rea, Kripalu, Baron Baptiste, Bikram, Beryl Bender Birch, Doug Swenson and Rod Stryker.
