What yoga classes can I take while I’m pregnant?
We offer pregnancy yoga for moms-to-be, postpartum moms, and women trying to conceive. Yoga helps you prepare for birth by keeping your body fit and flexible and your mind relaxed. If you’ve had a regular hot yoga practice before your pregnancy and are having a healthy pregnancy, then it is safe to continue with hot classes. You’re welcome to come to any of our many classes, just let the teacher know before class that you are expecting. Many of our teachers have pre-natal yoga teaching. As always, please check with your doctor before starting a new fitness regimen.
