Policies
Students should always arrive 10 minutes early for class. We allow students to enter up to 10 minutes late, at the discretion of the teacher. When we do not have a receptionist present the teacher may lock the front door after the class has started.
Pre-registration for class is valid until five minutes before class begins. At that point, your spot will be open for any students present in the studio who wish to take the class.
New students should provide ID upon registration for their first class.
Minimum charge for credit cards is $10.
Age restrictions for classes are at the discretion of accompanying parents though we recommend that students be at least 11 years of age and joined in class by a parent until the age of 15. We recommend that these younger students take unheated Beginner, Gentle and Restorative classes. Any students that are disruptive during class will be removed.
Charm City Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Charm City Yoga does not issue refunds for cancelled classes or workshops, but instead issues a store credit.
$25-$30 Trial Memberships and Living Social deals do not include free towel and mat rentals, guest passes, and the other additional perks of our $99 Monthly memberships.
Our $99 Monthly Membership has an auto-pay minimum commitment of 4 months. For your convenience, after the initial commitment period, the auto-pay will continue until you request cancellation.

Five and Ten Class Cards expire a year after purchase.
Memberships and Five and Ten Class Cards can be frozen for qualifying life events (injuries, extended vacations, pregnancy, etc.) during the time of the disabling event. Extensions to card expirations and memberships cannot be done.
Perkville points are non-transferrable and cannot be used for Memberships or Teacher Training Programs.
Recordings of classes of any kind are not permitted unless permission is specifically granted by Charm City Yoga.
When canceling a private yoga session, we require 24 hours notice for single student sessions and 48 hours notice for group sessions.
Foursquare Mayor Specials are for valid check-ins only. Monthly winners must be validated by our own class attendance records.
We cannot exchange used yoga mats or YogiToes towels for hygienic reasons.
When paying with a check, we require having your phone number written on the check.
