Emily Barczak and Todd Bauer will be your leaders in this 3 week program of personal coaching, strength assessment and unlimited yoga. By participating in this exciting new program, developed by Charm City Yoga founder, Kim Manfredi, you will improve your physical and mental conditioning and create good habits! The program is currently available at our Fells Point and Towson locations with combined weekly meetings at Midtown. You can attend Yoga classes at any location. Emily will design your personal class schedule appropriate to your level and strength.

Emily Barczak had her first yoga class with Kim Manfredi over 9 years ago, while recovering from knee surgery. At the time, Emily was simply searching for good workout without jeopardizing her recovery. Since that first class, Emily’s yoga practice has evolved into a means to cultivate balance and health in her life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Emily believes that yoga’s recognition of the union of all parts of the self can make yoga accessible to anyone and beneficial to everyone. Whether training for athletic interests like cycling, climbing, and horseback riding or navigating major life changes such as having children and career transitions or just normal day-to-day life, the yogic path leads to peace, gratitude, contentment, and a connection to who we are beyond roles, responsibilities, expectations, and all that we have to do. Emily teaches an energetic class intended to build strength and increase flexibility with an emphasis on core conditioning. Emily also includes a few restorative poses to promote healing and rest — necessary and often overlooked components to physical fitness and overall health. Emily holds a Master’s in Psychology. She completed her 200 hour training with Kim Manfredi and completed her 500 hour training in December of 2012, complements of Charm City Yoga.
Todd Bauer began his Personal Training career over 8 years ago out of Salisbury University, where he received a B.S. in Exercise Science. Since then, he has gone on to receive specialties in Nutrition, Pre/Post Natal, Corrective Exercise, and Golf Conditioning. Over the years, Todd has studied many different disciplines of exercise, including yoga, pilates, kick- boxing, cycling, and sports specific training. Through these teachings, Todd infuses the traditional and innovative, pushing clients mentally and physically to his/her personal limits in order to achieve the mind, body, and lifestyle far beyond his/her expectations.
