Marissa Walch has been working in the fitness industry for over six years and is well trained and full of experience with all body types, fitness abilities and health trends. She started teaching group exercise in college after getting her AFAA certification (Boot Camp, BOSU, Core, Step, Cardio, Strength and more classes) and then gained her 200 hour yoga certification after graduation. Once she moved to Maryland she became Mad Dogg Spinning and AFAA Personal Training certified as well. Marissa loves to help show you the amount of strength and motivation that you have within your self to make the changes that are needed for a long healthy lifestyle. Her style is very creative, full of energy and challenging enough to help you find your edge, but also understand there are limitations and areas that always need more or less attention. Marissa will be guiding you through a strong and powerful yoga experience during your yoga boot camp journey that will allow your muscles to be toned, strengthened, re-algined and most importantly stretched. Be prepared for an engaging class experience full of positive growth that can be taken on and off the mat!
Erin Tschantretis a Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master, having received both her 200 and 500 HR RYT Certifications through Charm City Yoga’s Teacher Training. Erin’s contagious enthusiasm for the Yoga Bootcamp program inspires students to develop new resources of strength and cardio fitness to generate both ease and power in their yoga practice. Erin is also the Director of the Yoga for Athletes Program at CCY, assisting high school, collegiate and professional athletes in reaching their highest level of competition. She is a positive force in the fields of yoga, fitness and energy healing, mindfully guiding clients to becoming their best selves. She loves working within the Charm City Yoga community and sees herself teaching yoga well into her 90s.
