A Workshop for Spring Cleaning
With spring weather in full force, the opportunity for new growth is among us, both in nature and in ourselves. To make room for this growth and new opportunities, though, we need to clear our minds and realign with what we really want out of this life. It’s time to shed our baggage that accumulated over the winter’s short days and embrace the sunshine. What better way to start off the season than with a little mental spring cleaning? Marina’s upcoming yoga and acupuncture workshop promises to do just that!
This Sunday, join Charm City Yoga at Towson from 2-4pm when Marina will lead an invigorating and cleansing asana practice to purify the body, followed by an hour of deep relaxation. During this extended savanna, Marina will offer a gentle, stress-relieving and detoxifying ear acupuncture treatment that will promote balance in the body.
Marina Gan received her Master of Acupuncture Degree from the Tai Sophia Institute and is a licensed acupuncturist practicing in the Five Element tradition. She is also a certified yoga instructor, and has been teaching at Charm City Yoga since 2006. Marina is committed to using the modalities that she practices to serve in the healing and transformation of others.
Marina integrates her yoga teaching with her knowledge of Chinese Medicine, helping her to achieve a deeper understanding of the body, mind, and spirit and of how to use the medicine as well as the yoga practice to live in alignment with nature and individual purpose. In her acupuncture practice, Marina partners with clients to create individualized treatments that address the root cause of their concerns, and support them to live into their fullest potential.
Click here to register! Take care of yourself this weekend; you won’t regret it.
