He studied in an interdisciplinary major program consisting of both Media Communications and Graphic Design at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He spent the next five years designing and touring in a rock band until he decided to settle in Baltimore. He found yoga soon after and has since completed his teacher training while continuing to be a passionate student of the Ashtanga Vinyasa method. Fells Point Studio Manager
Megan joined the Charm City Yoga community in the summer of 2010 originally looking for a non-impact workout to aid in recovery after an ACL tear. After her first class she realized the healing and strengthening effects yoga could offer not only for her body, but mind and soul as well. The yoga practice has fueled her passion for holistic wellness and a more mindful way of living. She completed her teacher training program with Kim Manfreidi in November 2013 in hopes to share this passion with her community and is now a teacher here at CCY. Find her in our beautiful Fells Point location!

Severna Park Studio Manager
Kristina initially looked to yoga as an alternative to traditional workouts which often left her body with a lot of tension & pain. Once she began to experience physical healing of the practice, she realized she had only scratched the surface: that the body was only one component of it all. Kristina completed her 200hr Teacher Certification through Charm City Yoga under the direction of Kim Manfredi and Camille Moses-Allen in 2013. She also holds a Master’s of Business Administration which she received in 2011.

Pikesville Studio Manager
Taylor joined the Charm City Yoga community in late 2012 as a student deepening her practice. Upon completing the 200hr teacher training with Kim Manfredi, Taylor began teaching yoga in December 2013. Prior to working for Charm City Yoga, Taylor traveled abroad while earning a BA in Psychology at the University of South Florida in 2008, and went on to gain several years of experience in retail management. Outside of the studio, Taylor continually expands her yoga practice to reach beyond her mat, and enjoys riding her bike around Baltimore city, preparing raw vegan treats, snuggling her dogs, and crocheting ponchos, scarves, and other comfy wearables.

Towson Studio Manager
Bianca came to yoga at the age of 18, immediately knowing that this practice would always be in her life. Continuing with her passion for yoga, she decided to become a teacher, completing her 200 hour teacher training in the Spring of 2009. Yoga had and continues to give her so much peace, serenity, love, challenge, and consciousness that she wanted to give all the above back to her Baltimore community. Bianca is currently managing the Towson Studio at Charm City Yoga and is enrolled in the 500 hour teacher training program at CCY. She is so grateful and excited to be a part of the wonderful Charm City Yoga family! Stop by the Towson Studio and say hello to her anytime!
