" The teacher training with Kim far exceeded my expectations. She puts so much love and energy into the program. It was an amazing journey. After completing all the requirements for certification, I felt completely prepared to teach.Through my teaching I am able to share yoga with others and have career that I truly enjoy." - Laura M.

" Kim Manfredi's teacher training is one of the most profound experiences of my life. Kim is able to challenge students to learn and grow not just in our yoga practice, but in life as well. If you are looking for deep insight into the history and philosophy, as well as the physical and spiritual practice of yoga, there is no better teacher than Kim."- Margo C.

"I had been teaching yoga for over 10 years when I decided to take Kim's 200-hour teacher training program. I had almost 300 hours of teacher training experience with many incredible teachers already so I had expected this training to be just a gift of participating in the joy of yoga with fellow yogis. I had no idea that this venture would completely change my life. Kim's authentic experience with her own personal spiritual journey was communicated continuously. My personal practice changed from a physical practice to a spiritual practice and I have been on my own journey ever since. Thank you Kim!"- Nancy M.

"Fluidity and Spiritual understanding. These were the two greatest elements I received from the teacher training program and fused into my personal practice. Having studied yoga for a few years I was unaware how limited I was by my inability to develop creative sequences. In depth study of the asanas allowed me to begin to incorporate greater fluidity into my practice, becoming more innovative as I learned to link asanas together that complemented one another" - Jamil B.
