Kim Manfredi conducts the yoga teacher training at Midtown Yoga. We offer two trainings, a 200 hour certification and a 500 hour certification. Our next 200 hour training will commence in October 2008 and conclude in the spring 2009. Kim will then conduct a 500 hr training in the Spring 2008.
Both programs exceed the required hours of instruction with a great deal of personal attention. The programs are low residency, with the 200 hour program typically scheduled over nine weekends spaced over 3 to 4 months. A weekend consists of Friday evening from 7 to 10:30 pm, Saturday from 12:30 to 8:30 pm, and Sunday from 8 am to 4 pm. The weekends are scheduled at Midtown Yoga Center with the exception one residential weekend that is held in Roland Park.
We are taking registrations for the 200 hour program now (March 2008) so please don't delay and miss out on this wonderful opportunity. Classes are limited in size.
